How do I book a home?
You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability" to the left.  Or you can call our office at 407-690-8316 and a receptionist will be glad to help you.

Is booking online secure?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Can I bring my pet with me?
We offer several homes, some of which allow pets and some do not.  You can either look at our properties online by clicking on the "vacation rentals" tab above and see if the home you are looking at allows pets.  Or you can call our office at 407-690-8316 and a receptionist would love to help find a home that is just right for you and your pet. There is a pet fee of $100 plus tax per pet.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental?
Our vacation homes are stocked in such a way that you always feel like you are coming "home" to your "vacation home" rather than returning to a small hotel room.  Our homes have full kitchens which are fully stocked.  You will be able to enjoy a full service home while you are on vacation rather than a small, cramped hotel room.

What supplies are provided?

Orlando Fun Rentals provides each property with a small starter kit which includes: one (1) garbage bag, two (2) rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and shower soap, shampoo and conditioner, and one (1) travel-size containers of laundry detergent. Additional supplies or replenishments to those listed above will be the responsibility of the guest. All bedding is provided and towels are supplied at twice the maximum occupancy.

Is there daily housekeeping service?

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We provide a one-time use of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. If these day-to-day items run out during your stay it is the sole responsibility of the Guest to replace them. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.  No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.  If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for damages

 Do the properties have a telephone? Can we make long-distance calls?

Yes, there is a telephone in your vacation home. Local calls are free and long distance calls require a calling card. The telephone number to the property will be provided in the property binder.

 Is smoking allowed in the property?

All of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only.

Should you smoke in the home, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be applied.

Is there parking at the resorts?

Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  Parking on the road is not permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

 What if I leave something at the property? What if I lose something?

Leave something behind? Dont worry. If found, we can arrange to have it shipped back to you.

How do I receive my billing information?

If paying by credit card, your credit card has been charged for any balance due 30days prior to arrival unless you have made other payment arrangements. Once the reservation is booked, you will receive a receipt by email. This payment includes a $39 Property Protection Fee, which includes a damage waiver that will cover up to $1,000 for accidental or inadvertent damages. A departure cleaning fee (varies depending on size of property). A $35 processing fee. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs.
